For cereals and pasta: how to cook minced chicken meatballs in 30 minutes
If you want to cook something tasty and satisfying for lunch or dinner, then the recipe for meatballs will work. You can make a delicious soup with them, use them as an addition to a side dish, or cook them in a sauce and serve them as an independent dish.
Food blogger Oksana Bilinska (oxana_bil) shared a recipe for minced chicken meatballs in mushroom sauce on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken – 500 g
- onion – 1 pc
- breadcrumbs – 100 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- semi-hard cheese – 70 g
- green parsley
- salt, pepper
Sauce ingredients:
- champignons – 300 g
- garlic – 2 cloves
- cream – 300 ml
- flour – 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper
The method of burping:
1. Chop the onion and parsley.
2. Grate the cheese.
3. Mix the minced meat, cheese, onion, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
4. Form balls with wet hands. Put into a greased baking dish.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
6. For the sauce, chop the mushrooms and garlic. Fry in olive oil for 5-6 minutes.
7. Add flour, salt and pepper to the warm cream. Add the resulting mass to the mushrooms. Cook until thickened.
8. Pour the sauce over the finished meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes.
