  • garlic – 1 pc
  • boiled rice – 100 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • starch – 1 tbsp
  • flour
  • spices: salt, pepper

  • onion – 1 pc
  • carrot – 1 pc
  • bell pepper – 1/2
  • tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
  • sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • hot water – 0.5 liters
  • salt, pepper

1. Add chopped onion, garlic, boiled rice, egg, starch, and spices to the minced meat.

2. Mix well.

3. Form meatballs with wet hands and roll each one in flour.

4. Separately, fry the carrots and onions in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil until soft.

5. Add tomato sauce and sour cream.

6. Then add flour and mix quickly.

8. Add spices, mix and put the meatballs.
