For buckwheat, potatoes and rice: how to cook juicy minced meatballs
These meatballs will not be dry, so they will be the perfect addition to any side dish. They are stewed in gravy, so they are very soft and juicy. You can choose any kind of minced meat.

Ingredients:
- minced meat – 500 g
- onion – 1 pc
- garlic – 1 pc
- boiled rice – 100 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- starch – 1 tbsp
- flour
- spices: salt, pepper
Ingredients for frying:
- onion – 1 pc
- carrot – 1 pc
- bell pepper – 1/2
- tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
- sour cream – 3 tbsp
- hot water – 0.5 liters
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Add chopped onion, garlic, boiled rice, egg, starch, and spices to the minced meat.
2. Mix well.
3. Form meatballs with wet hands and roll each one in flour.
4. Separately, fry the carrots and onions in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil until soft.
5. Add tomato sauce and sour cream.
6. Then add flour and mix quickly.
7. Fill with hot water.
8. Add spices, mix and put the meatballs.
9. After 10 minutes, turn to the other side and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
10. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
