Wheat porridge with milk is a very tasty and nutritious dish for every day, which is not boring at all. It is ideal for both breakfast and dinner. If you follow the proportions and cooking rules, as well as add healthy berries or dried fruits, even your kids will appreciate this wheat porridge.

Ingredients:
- wheat groats - 2 tbsp.
- water - 6 tbsp
- milk - 2 tbsp.
- dates - 1 pc.
- strawberries - 1-2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the cereal into a saucepan and cover with water. Cook over low heat until almost tender. Add more water if necessary.
2. Chop the date.
3. Add the date and milk to the porridge. Cook for another 1 minute.
4. Chop the strawberries and serve with the finished porridge.
