If you're tired of omelets and scrambled eggs, it's easy to make a delicious and healthy egg roll. For the filling, you can use fish, fresh vegetables, greens, and cheese.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious cheese and egg roll with a delicious vegetable filling with cream cheese and shrimp.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 300 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt, spices, dry garlic, paprika

Filling:

  • vegetables
  • cream cheese
  • shrimps

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the cottage cheese with eggs and beat everything with a blender, add spices. Pour everything on a baking sheet with parchment and bake at 180 C for about 30-40 minutes. It should be browned.

2. Remove from the parchment while still warm, brush with your favorite sauce, add vegetables and toppings as desired.
