Ingredients:

  • Baguette/bread
  • Garlic
  • Hard cheese
  • Butter
  • Green
  • Oil.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the garlic, put it in foil and pour a little oil over it.

2. Roll up and bake the garlic in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 190°C.

3. Separately, mix the butter, herbs and add the cooked garlic, mix and season with salt.

4. Slice the bread, spread with the spread, sprinkle with hard cheese, and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.
