Tomatoes can be used to make spicy and delicious meat sauces, as well as dressings, salads, and juice. They can also be pickled, salted, and canned.
The cook shared a recipe for spicy pickled tomatoes with garlic sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 5 pcs.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- herbs
For the sauce:
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- 3 tbsp. l. oil
- 1/3 tsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes into slices, and onion rings, chop the greens, and put in layers in a tray.
2. Sauce: add grated garlic, herbs, salt, spices, and lemon juice to the oil, and mix well.
3. Pour the sauce over the tomatoes, cover, and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
