Tea and coffee separately from food
Hot drinks should be consumed 40 minutes after eating. If you drink eggs, for example, you can get an upset stomach because iron will be poorly absorbed.
Do not combine garlic and onions
A nutritionist notes that eating onions and garlic together is bad for the skin and can cause dizziness. Productivity during the day decreases.
Radishes and yogurt can cause heartburn
These products should be consumed with caution: in small quantities and in separate dishes.

Stewed eggs with leeks
Ingredients:
- butter - 30 g
- olive oil - 20 g
- leeks - 2 pcs.
- lemon - 1 pc.
- eggs - 6 pcs.
- spinach - 200 g
- vegetable broth - 200 ml
- feta - 90 g
- salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan. When the oil begins to foam, add the leeks, salt and plenty of pepper. Fry for 3 minutes until leeks are soft. Sprinkle with lemon, add the broth and boil until it boils. Add spinach and simmer for 1 minute.
2. Make 6 wells with a large spoon and crack an egg into each well. Season with salt, add feta to each egg and cook over low heat until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny.
3. Serve immediately from the pan.
