The expert notes that dairy products are easy to digest in childhood and adolescence. However, over the years, many people develop intolerance to milk proteins such as casein and lactose. So, one of the symptoms of this is rapid fatigue and drowsiness.

Bananas are usually recommended for muscle spasms. Magnesium contained in bananas helps to relax muscles. But when there is too much magnesium, a person becomes tired. Sometimes there is even a slowing of the pulse.
