"The main secret to making airy and tender pancakes is warm kefir," the chef said.

Ingredients:

  • Warm kefir - 250 ml
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • Apples - 2 pcs.
  • Dried cranberries - 20 g
  • Cinnamon - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, heat the kefir well, add the sifted flour, vanilla sugar, salt, mix well and let it stand for a while.
  2. Beat the egg well and add it to the dough, then add the baking soda, distribute it well throughout the dough and mix well.
  3. Wash the apples, core them, and cut them into thin slices.
  4. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, spoon out the dough, roll the apples in cinnamon, place them on top, and cranberries in the center.
  5. Fry the pancakes well on both sides, cover with a lid for a few minutes to make the apple soft.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel to drain the fat.

The dish is best eaten hot, you can add liquid honey.
