Fluffy pancakes without sugar that always turn out well
In the morning, you always want to cook a quick, tasty and healthy meal that will give you energy for several hours, but you don't always have time for that. Experts recommend always eating hearty, protein-packed foods for breakfast and always vegetables, cereals, and fruits, especially now in the fall.
Culinary expert Tetiana Lytvynova shared on her YouTube channel a recipe for a delicious dish that is ideal for breakfast – fluffy pancakes with apple and cranberries (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
"The main secret to making airy and tender pancakes is warm kefir," the chef said.
Ingredients:
- Warm kefir - 250 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Apples - 2 pcs.
- Dried cranberries - 20 g
- Cinnamon - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- First of all, heat the kefir well, add the sifted flour, vanilla sugar, salt, mix well and let it stand for a while.
- Beat the egg well and add it to the dough, then add the baking soda, distribute it well throughout the dough and mix well.
- Wash the apples, core them, and cut them into thin slices.
- Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, spoon out the dough, roll the apples in cinnamon, place them on top, and cranberries in the center.
- Fry the pancakes well on both sides, cover with a lid for a few minutes to make the apple soft.
- Transfer to a paper towel to drain the fat.
The dish is best eaten hot, you can add liquid honey.
