Fluffy pancakes with apples: the dough is prepared without eggs
Apple pancakes are a great option for a delicious dessert and snack. They are juicy and moderately fatty. To make them fluffy, the dough should be made with kefir, and for a special flavor, add a little cinnamon.
Food blogger Khrystyna with the nickname food_1333 shared a recipe for fluffy apple pancakes with kefir on her Instagram page , and what's important is that the dough is made without eggs.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 500 g
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- flour - 300 g
- apples - 300 g + cinnamon
- salt
- sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Mix warm kefir, sugar, a pinch of salt and baking soda. Stir well.
2. Cut the apples and mix them with cinnamon. Add to the total mass.
3. Add the flour. Stir until smooth.
4. Fry the pancakes under a lid over low heat.
