Fluffy pancakes that don't fall: recipe for the perfect batter
If you want to make delicious, puffy and light fritters, make the dough on warm kefir, and the flour must necessarily be sifted.
The cook shared in Instagram a recipe for very tasty, puffy and very successful fritters, which are prepared on kefir.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 250 ml (heated, but not boiling)
- egg - 1 pc
- sugar - 2 tbsp. (you can less, so they turn out sweet)
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
- flour - 200 g
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Beat egg, sugar and salt with a whisk. Heat kefir and gradually add to the egg mixture.
2. Add baking soda to the flour. Gradually introduce the flour into the dough and stir until homogeneous.
3. Fry the fritters in vegetable oil under a lid until ready.
Serve with jam, condensed milk!
