Ingredients:

  • kefir - 250 ml (heated, but not boiling)
  • egg - 1 pc
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. (you can less, so they turn out sweet)
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • flour - 200 g
  • vegetable oil

Method of preparation:

1. Beat egg, sugar and salt with a whisk. Heat kefir and gradually add to the egg mixture.

2. Add baking soda to the flour. Gradually introduce the flour into the dough and stir until homogeneous.

3. Fry the fritters in vegetable oil under a lid until ready.

Serve with jam, condensed milk!
