Fluffy pancakes like grandma's: a recipe with exact proportions

Ingredients
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Sugar - 2 spoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla sugar
- Kefir - 200 ml
- Butter - 1 spoon
- Soda - ½ tsp
- Flour - 1 glass
Method of preparation
1. Mix the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl and beat a little.
Fry with or without oil.

2. Add the oil and baking soda. Stir. The baking soda should react with the lactic acid of the kefir.
It doesn't get any fluffier than this.

3. Add the flour and mix until there are no lumps.
4. The dough should be thick enough to spread well on the pan with a spoon.
