Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Broccoli
  • Cheese
  • Bacon
  • Caesar sauce

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs and pour them into a well-heated frying pan. Fry on one side under the lid.

2. Put the filling on one half of the omelet. Cover with the other half.

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Milk - 2-3 tbsp.
  • Cottage cheese - 70 g
  • Sour cream - 30 g
  • Greens and parsley
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Method of preparation:

1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add salt, sour cream and chopped herbs.

2. Beat eggs with milk and a pinch of salt.

3. Heat a frying pan with oil.

4. Pour in the egg mixture, fry for 1 minute over medium heat under the lid.

5. Put the cheese mass on the omelet, fry for another 1-2 minutes under the lid on low heat.

6. Carefully fold the omelet and keep it under the lid for another 1-2 minutes.
