In the morning, you usually want to prepare a delicious breakfast very quickly and one that is sure to be hearty and healthy. Such a great option is eggs, which can be added to pancakes, cheesecakes, make a delicious omelet, or scrambled eggs.

The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared for you a simple recipe for a fluffy omelet in the oven with milk, which takes only 30-40 minutes to cook.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 4-5 pcs.
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
  • Hard cheese - 50-100 g
  • Any greens - 1 bunch
  • Spinach - 100 g
  • Salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Eggs are best taken at room temperature, not cold.
  2. Whisk them with salt, add milk, and mix, it is better not to use a mixer, it is better to take a whisk.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in the milk-egg mixture, add the spinach, and put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 170-180 C. Do not open the oven during baking, otherwise, the omelet will sink.
  4. Grate the cheese and chop the herbs.

Before serving, sprinkle the omelet with cheese and herbs – if desired, you can also add fresh vegetables and salmon.
