Fluffy omelet baked in the oven: an original breakfast idea
The best option for a tasty and healthy breakfast is an omelet. However, in its usual form, it can get boring very quickly. The solution is a very original way of cooking and serving it.
Blogger Maryna Ricci shared a recipe for a baked omelet on her Telegram channel.
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 5 pcs
- Milk – 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt, spices
- Butter
Method of preparation:
1. Grease a baking dish with butter.
2. Mix all ingredients with an immersion blender.
3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Optionally, 2 minutes before cooking, add hard cheese.
