Donuts are a delicious bakery product made from yeast dough with delicious fillings. To make the dough airy, mix the yeast with warm milk.
Cook Anastasia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, light powdered sugar donuts that you can easily make at home.
Ingredients:
- flour - 500 g
- dry yeast - 12 g
- warm milk - 280 ml
- sugar - 50 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- frying oil - 0.5 tsp.
- vanilla sugar - 50 g
- butter - 50 g
- icing sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the egg with warm milk.
2. Add sugar, salt and yeast to the flour.
3. Add the butter and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. The dough should be almost non-sticky.
4. Grease a bowl with a drop of oil and put the dough in, cover with cling film, and leave in a warm place for an hour.
5. Sprinkle the surface with flour, put the dough, roll it out to a thickness of 1-1.5 cm, and cut out the donuts.
6. Put the doughnuts on a board sprinkled with flour, cover with a towel, and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
7. Fry until golden brown in preheated oil, then put them on a napkin to drain off the excess oil and sprinkle with powdered sugar or chocolate.
