Ingredients:
- butter - 80 g
- sugar - 50 g
- honey - 150 g
- yolks - 2 pcs/
- sour cream - 125 g
- flour - 200 g
- cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat room temperature butter with sugar and honey.
2. Add yolks and sour cream.
3. Knock everything down.
4. Mix dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, baking soda.
5. Pour the mixture into the liquid ingredients and whisk, then mix until smooth.
6. Spread the dough into the molds.
7. Put in a preheated oven to 170 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-30 minutes.
