Fluffy homemade three-egg Easter cake on cottage cheese dough
Homemade cakes can be made with different doughs. The most successful and fluffy ones are made with cottage cheese and yeast. For an original taste, add raisins, nuts, dried fruits, chocolate.
The cook shared a recipe on Telegram for a very fluffy and delicious Easter cake made with three eggs and cheese.
Ingredients:
- sifted flour – 650-750 g
- a pinch of salt
- cottage cheese 9% – 180 g
- melted butter 82% – 100 g
- 2 eggs + 1 yolk
- fresh yeast – 20 g
- warm milk 3.2% 250 g
- sugar – 180 g
- raisins – 100 g
- 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp. l. milk for lubrication
Method of preparation:
1. Mix milk with eggs, add sugar, yeast, salt and mix.
2. Add the cottage cheese and melted butter, mix well.
3. Pour in the flour, mix, knead the dough, cover and leave to rise.
4. Add the raisins to the finished dough and knead the dough again.
5. Put the dough into the mold and leave to rise.
6. Brush with jelly and sprinkle with cheese on top, bake.
Easter cakes are ready!
