Fluffy Galician cheesecake: how to quickly make a simple dessert for tea

Galician cheese cake is an easy alternative to many cheese pies that require a long time to knead the dough and make sure it doesn't burn or fall apart. Here, it is enough to simply mix the necessary ingredients using a blender. The texture of the dessert is extremely tender and fluffy - the cheesecake just melts in your mouth.

Nutritionist Irena (irena_sportpro) shared the idea of making sweet Galician syrniki on her Instagram page .

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 9% - 600 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs (2 yolks / 1 white)
  • vanilla - 3 g
  • sweetener - to taste
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • raisins - 40 g
  • corn starch - 2 tbsp
  • turmeric - 0.5 tsp
  • baking powder - 15 g

Method of preparation:

1. Combine all the ingredients.

2. Beat with a blender until smooth.

3. You can whip the egg whites separately for fluffiness.

4. Put into the mold.

5. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

6. Spread coconut oil on top.

7. Sprinkle with cocoa.
