Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese 9% - 600 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs (2 yolks / 1 white)
  • vanilla - 3 g
  • sweetener - to taste
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • raisins - 40 g
  • corn starch - 2 tbsp
  • turmeric - 0.5 tsp
  • baking powder - 15 g
