Fluffy cottage cheese pancakes without sugar and wheat flour: how to prepare a delicious breakfast dish quickly
Pancakes are one of the most delicious, simple, and satisfying breakfast options. They can be made from different flours and even without, as well as with kefir, sour cream, and mineral water.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for delicious pancakes with cottage cheese and rice flour on Instagram, which will turn out to be very soft and fluffy.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 100 g
- egg – 1 pc
- rice flour – 50 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- sweetener – to taste
- yogurt/sour cream – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg, sugar, flour, baking powder to the cottage cheese and mix well.
2. Add yogurt/sour cream and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet well and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
To serve, make a pillow of yogurt, add your favorite fruit, and drizzle with honey.
