Fluffy cottage cheese pancakes: we share the recipe for the most successful dough
Homemade pancakes can be the perfect dish for a quick breakfast or snack. To make them fluffy, tasty, and successful, you need to add baking powder to the dough and cook the dough preferably with kefir.
The cook shared a recipe for very fluffy, tasty, soft pancakes with cottage cheese on Instagram.
Tips: The ingredients should be at room temperature. If from the refrigerator, let the dough stand for 20 minutes. When the dough is ready, you don't need to stir it anymore, just carefully spoon it in and fry the pancakes.
Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- sugar – 2-3 tbsp.
- salt – a pinch
- kefir – 150 g
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- flour – 180 g
- soda – 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil – for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, and salt to the eggs, and beat with a whisk. Then add kefir, mix. Pour in the cottage cheese, mix until smooth and lump-free, as if grating cottage cheese.
2. Sift the flour into the batter, add the baking soda on top of the flour, and mix again until smooth.
3. Put the pancakes on a frying pan heated with oil and fry on both sides over medium heat.
