Fluffy cottage cheese doughnuts in 30 minutes: baking in a hurry
These donuts are a very simple and quick childhood pastry. They are made based on a universal cottage cheese dough that does not require yeast. Donuts can be baked in the oven or fried in a pan.
Food blogger Irina Burdyug shared a recipe for cottage cheese doughnuts on her Instagram page that can be cooked in the oven in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 360 g
- flour – 160 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- hard cheese – 180 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese, grated hard cheese, eggs, salt, flour and baking powder. Knead a homogeneous curd dough.
2. Form the dough into small balls. If desired, make holes in each of them.
3. Bake the donuts at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
