Fluffy cottage cheese casserole without flour: how to cook it correctly

Cottage cheese casserole is a dish that can be an alternative to syrniki. Besides, it cooks much faster and instead of flour, you can add semolina or rice flour to the base.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with semolina on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 400-500 g of cottage cheese 9%
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of semolina
  • 2 tsp honey (or any other sweetener)
  • a pinch of vanilla

Method of preparation:

1. Add eggs, honey, semolina, vanilla to the cottage cheese and mix well with a spoon or whisk with a blender.

2. Put the base in a mold and cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180C.
