Cottage cheese casserole is an ideal dish for breakfast and even a snack. To make it homogeneous and fluffy, culinary experts advise adding sour cream, cream, and starch instead of flour to the base.
The chef shared a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with sour cream and cream on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of cottage cheese from 5%
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp of sour cream
- 100 ml of cream (any fat content)
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add eggs, sugar, sour cream, and cream.
2. Blend everything in a blender.
3. Put the finished mass into a mold or on a baking sheet.
4. Bake at 180 C for 40-45 minutes.
