  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • kefir - 2 cups
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • flour - 3 cups
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • sour cream - 330 g
  • boiled condensed milk - 250-300 g
  • thickener - if needed

Ingredients for the glaze:

  • chocolate - 200 g
  • butter - 2 tbsp

How to make the dough:

1. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until fluffy.

2. Add baking soda to the warm kefir. Stir until foamy.

3. Add the kefir to the egg mixture. Stir well.

4. Combine the flour with cocoa and add to the liquid ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly.

5. Pour the dough into a baking dish covered with parchment and smooth with a silicone spatula.

6. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes. Refer to your oven for the time.
