Fluffy cheesecakes without flour: what to add to the dough

If the cheesecakes are fluffy, hearty, juicy, and ruddy, it doesn't mean that they contain flour. This dish will be very dietary and even healthy if you add semolina to the dough. For the formed products to be fried and golden brown, you need to follow the correct frying technology.

The idea of making fluffy cheesecakes without flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Marharyta Kapustynska (margaryta.kapustianska).

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 400 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • semolina – 4-5 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.

2. Add the egg and sugar.

3. Mix well.

4. Add the semolina.

5. Form the cheesecakes.

6. Leave for 15 minutes.

7. Fry uncovered on both sides.
