Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- salt – 0.5 tsp
- eggs – 1 pc
- Suluguni cheese – 100 g
- spinach – 50 g
- flour – 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
2. Add salt, egg, grated suluguni, and chopped spinach.
3. Mix well.
4. Add the flour.
5. Form cheesecakes and fry in a frying pan.
6. Serve with sour cream.
