It is enough to choose high-quality cottage cheese and combine all the ingredients correctly, you can add honey, berries, and fruits – this will only make the dish better.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares an unusual recipe for delicious cottage cheese pancakes with millet and banana, which will be very satisfying and flavorful.
Ingredients:
- Millet - 200 g.
- Flour - 4 tbsp.
- Banana - 1 pc.
- Raisins - 50 g
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract - 1 ml
- Oil - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Rinse the millet 3-4 times, then pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes, so the bitterness disappears.
- Drain the water, cover with cold water, and cook the groats until tender, leave to cool.
- Add the flour, honey, vanilla, and banana, and mix everything thoroughly.
- At the very end, add the raisins and form the pancakes with your hands.
- Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put the cheesecakes, and fry on both sides.
The dish is best eaten hot, you can pour sour cream or any syrup, and add berries and fruits.
