Fluffy apple pancakes without eggs: what to make the dough from
Apples are a great ingredient for making sweet pancakes. They are fluffy, tall and soft when made with yeast. Thanks to the filling and well-cooked dough, the pancakes rise well and look like so-called pies - breakfast and dessert at the same time.
Food blogger Inna Levenets, with the nickname inna_levenets, shared a recipe for fluffy apple pancakes with yeast on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- warm vegetable milk - 1 tbsp.
- dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.
- wheat flour - 1 cup
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- apples - 2 pcs.
- raisins
- cane sugar - 1 tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, leave for 10 minutes.
2. Add flour and oil. Stir into a thick dough and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Dice the apples, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Add them to the batter along with the raisins and leave for another 15 minutes.
4. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the pancakes.
