Fluffy and tender pancakes on kefir: three secrets of a successful dish

The recipe for fluffy and tender kefir pancakes was shared on her Instagram page by food blogger Oksana Pidhaina. She also shared three secret tips to help make your pancakes irresistible.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml of kefir
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of sugar (sugar is not recommended for children under two years old)
- a little vanilla
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp of baking soda
- 220-250 g of flour
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the kefir, add the egg, salt, sugar, vanilla – mix.
2. Separately, combine flour and baking soda and pour into the main mass.
Three secrets to making good pancakes:
1. Let this mass stand for 20 minutes and then fry the pancakes.
2. Heat the kefir.
3. Add a little oil (so that the pancakes are not greasy).
Never focus on grams of flour, the food blogger advises, only on the thickness of the dough. It should be about the same as thick sour cream and should be able to be pulled with a spoon.
