Fluffy and lean pancakes: what to cook with
Pancakes are a great alternative to traditional pancakes. And if you prefer a lean and dry texture, American pancakes are the perfect choice. A wide variety of ingredients are used for the base: sour cream, kefir, yogurt. But the most successful pancakes are made with milk.

- eggs – 1 pc
- sugar – 60 g
- milk – 250 ml
- flour – 200 g
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- baking powder – 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. All ingredients should be at room temperature. If you take it from the refrigerator, the finished dough should stand for half an hour before frying.
2. Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk with sugar, add milk, stir, sifted flour with baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
3. Spoon onto a preheated frying pan without oil, and fry over very low heat.
4. Turn over immediately when bubbles appear on the surface, i.e. when the dough is still raw on top.
5. This way, the pancakes are good on both sides. Add berries, honey, and condensed milk, if desired.
