Fluffy and fragrant orange cake: how to make the dough
The fluffy yeast dough goes well with citrus. It is not only delicious but also very flavorful. You can add orange zest and juice to the Easter cake.

Ingredients for the dough:
- warm milk – 90 ml
- dry yeast – 8 g
- sugar – 15 g
- flour – 50 g
Ingredients for the dough:
- 1 egg + 2 yolks
- butter – 50 g
- sugar – 70 g
- juice and zest of 1 orange
- flour – 320 g
- candied fruit or raisins – 100 g
- oil – 1 tbsp
- vanilla, salt, turmeric
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the ingredients for the dough.
2. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
3. Grind the orange zest with sugar.
4. Mix the zest with the rest of the sugar, eggs, and salt.
5. Add the melted butter, vanilla, and brew.
6. Add turmeric, and flour, and knead (the dough will be sticky and viscous).
7. Cover with foil
8. Leave for 1-2 hours.
9. Moisten hands with oil, and knead the dough, do not add flour.
10. Add raisins and candied fruit, knead the dough
11. Divide into 2 parts.
12. Put into molds.
13. Leave to rise for 30-40 minutes.
14. Turn on the oven to 160 degrees, and put water on the bottom.
15. After heating, put the Easter cake above the oven for 40 minutes.
