Cottage cheese casserole

The cottage cheese casserole can be made with or without flour. You can replace it with semolina and starch.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious, fluffy cottage cheese pudding with apples on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 700-750 g of cottage cheese, preferably fattening
  • 100 g of fatty sour cream
  • 100 g of sugar
  • a sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 30 g of corn starch
  • 3 eggs
  • a few apples
  • powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Put into the mold and top with apples.

3. Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving!
