Ingredients:

  • 700-750 g of cottage cheese, preferably fattening
  • 100 g of fatty sour cream
  • 100 g of sugar
  • a sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 30 g of corn starch
  • 3 eggs
  • a few apples
  • powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
