Flourless pies: how to replace the main ingredient
Who doesn't love delicious, airy, flavorful pies with various fillings, ranging from salty to sweet – fruit, cottage cheese. But it's worth noting that this dish can be prepared without a gram of flour, just like pizza.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 4 pcs
- Cottage cheese – 250 g
- Eggs – 1-2 pcs
- Sour cream – 100 g
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Corn flour – 3 tbsp
- Parsley – 1 sprig
- Dill – 1 sprig
- Salt, black pepper – a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Boil the potatoes, peel, chop, and throw them into a blender.
- Add eggs, cottage cheese, dill, parsley, flour, salt, and pepper, and beat until smooth.
- Use your hands to form patties and fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
Serve hot with sour cream, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or herbs on top.
