Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • warm milk - 100 ml
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • semolina - 3 tbsp.
  • sugar - 5 tbsp
  • vanilla - a pinch
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

Homemade casserole

1. Add semolina to the milk and leave for 3 minutes to swell.

2. Add the egg and sugar to the cottage cheese, then pour in the semolina and milk, and blend until smooth.

3. Grease a baking dish with butter and put the cottage cheese mass.

4. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Serve the finished casserole with sour cream, yogurt, berries, and sweet sauces.
