One of the tastiest, easiest and fastest breakfast dishes is syrnyky. They are made in different ways, with different doughs, with semolina, flour, and without flour, as well as with raisins, chocolate, condensed milk, and berries.
Food blogger Kateryna shared a recipe delicious, flavorful chocolate syrnyky that take only 10 minutes to prepare on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- semolina - 1 tbsp.
- semolina for breading - 3 tbsp.
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- vanilla - a pinch
- chocolate - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cottage cheese in a blender, add the egg, semolina, sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla and beat well.
2. Use your hands to form the syrnyky. Put the chocolate inside and roll them in semolina.
3. Fry on both sides in coconut or ghee oil.
