Flour-free chops: what ingredient will make the meat juicy and soft
Homemade chops often turn out tough and tasteless, raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. To prevent this from happening, cooks advise making the right batter, namely adding milk.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious chops, which are made without flour, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- any meat - 800 g
Batter:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- soy sauce - 50 g
- milk - 50-70 g
- corn starch - 2 tbsp
- onion - 1 pc
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat and pound it under the film.
2. For the batter, mix the remaining ingredients well.
3. Pour the batter over the meat and leave for 1 hour.
4. Fry on both sides over a slightly lower than medium heat until cooked through.
