Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes - 10-15 pcs
- Chicken fillet - 200 gr
- Mushrooms - 300 gr
- Butter - 40 gr
- Onion - 1 pc
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Thyme

- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Cream 33% - 200 ml
- Spices
The way of preparation
1. Put the boiled and peeled potatoes in a baking dish covered with parchment. Press down with a saucepan or plate to form the bottom of the casserole.
2. Fry the fillet until golden brown in butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Put the fried fillet and mushrooms on top of the casserole. Pour over the cream, whipped with eggs and spices.
4. Chop the onion and put it on top of the casserole along with grated cheese.
5. For flavor, add a couple of sprigs of thyme.
6. Put it in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
