- rice flour - 50-70 g
- baking soda - a pinch
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper, and herbs - to taste
Filling:
- hard cheese - 100 g
- mozzarella - 100 g
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- tomato paste - 1-2 tbsp.
- olives - 10 pcs.
Method of preparation:
- Wash and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, and squeeze well so that all the juice drains out.
- Add the egg, flour, baking soda, and spices and mix well until smooth.
- Cut the tomato into rings and the olives in half.
- Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and chop the mozzarella.
- Generously grease a baking sheet with olive oil, put the zucchini dough, and put it in the oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.

- onion - 1 pc.
- olives - 10-15 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- basil - 30 g
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the zucchini and grate it on a coarse grater, salt it, mix it, and leave it for 10 minutes. Afterwards, squeeze it well so that there is no juice.
- Add the sifted flour with baking soda, egg, and salt and mix thoroughly.
- Boil the fillet, cut it into medium slices, and cut the tomatoes into rings along with the onion.
- Wash and dry the basil.
- Cut the olives in half.
- Put the dough on a baking sheet, brush with tomato paste, top with the fillet, and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.
- Then take it out and put tomatoes, onions, basil, olives, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180-190 C.
