Ingredients
- Sugar - 180 gr
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Oil - 100 ml
- Flour - 260 gr
- Milk - 200 ml
- Baking powder - 15-20 g
- Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp
- Raisins - 60 g
- Nuts - 120 g
Method of preparation
1.Beat 3 eggs into a bowl and mix with a whisk. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and mix again. Add milk and oil. Stir to combine.
2. Add the baking powder to the flour and sift through a sieve to the other ingredients. Mix everything with a whisk. Add the chopped nuts to the dough along with the raisins and mix.
3. Grease the mold with vegetable oil or butter, pour the batter into it and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Take the cake out of the mold as soon as it has cooled.
