Ingredients:
- heavy cream – 500 ml
- salted caramel – 250 g
- dark chocolate – 50-60 g
- roasted peanuts – 40 g
Method of preparation:
- Whip well-chilled cream, and add caramel.
- Fry the peanuts, add a little salt, and chop in a blender or with a knife.
- Chop the chocolate or beat it with a rolling pin.
- Mix all the ingredients and put the container in the freezer for 1.5 hours.

- Mix all the ingredients, add peanut butter, stir, put the ice cream in a container, and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
