Fish tails with rice: we remind you of a long-forgotten wonderful recipe

Fish tails are a forgotten but delicious dish from the 90s. At that time, it was served for dinner or lunch, and even used for festive tables, as it has a rather unusual appearance.
Food blogger Alex Mil knows how to cook fish tails according to a forgotten recipe. On Instagram, he reminded us that this dish is also quite budget-friendly.
Ingredients
- Boiled rice - 400 gr
- Onion - 1 pc
- Carrot - 1 pc
- Salt
- Pepper
- Waffle horns
- Sardine - 2 cans
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for the batter
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Milk - 50 ml
Method of preparation
1. Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 4 minutes. Add carrots and stir-fry for 6-7 minutes.
2. Peel the sardine and mix it with the boiled rice.
3. Add the roast and mix well.
4. Fill the waffle cones with the mixture.
5. Whisk the milk with the egg and dip the cones into the mixture.
6. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden on all sides.
