Ingredients:
- fish - 200 g
- egg yolk - 1 pc
- wheat bread - 50 g
- hard cheese
- salt
For the sauce:
- milk - 0.5 tbsp
- flour - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 tsp.
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Preparation of meatballs. First, you need to clean the fish from bones and skin.
2. Twist the fish through a meat grinder.
3. Soak bread in water and also have it through a meat grinder.
4. Mix the fish and bread mass. Add the egg yolk, and salt and mix.
5. Form the meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
6. Prepare the milk sauce. First, dry the flour in a dry frying pan or the oven.
7. Mash the butter with a fork and melt until soft.
8. Mix the flour with the butter.
9. Put the milk on the fire and bring it to a boil. Add the butter mass and stir.
10. Salt the sauce again and bring to a boil again.
11. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
12. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
13. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
