  • Spices - 1/3 tbsp.
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the fillet into large pieces, sprinkle generously with spices, and salt, add soy sauce, mix, and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into medium slices.
  3. Wash the lemon and cut it into slices, and cut the tomatoes into large slices.
  4. After that, you need to thread the fish and vegetables on wooden skewers.
  5. Fry the pink salmon kebab over moderate heat, turning it over on each side.

  2. Mix soy sauce, mustard seeds, salt, and oil in a bowl, and mix well.
  3. Put the fish in the marinade and leave it for 2 hours to marinate well.
  4. After the time has elapsed, thread the pieces onto wooden skewers or skewers and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 C.
