Fish cutlets without a meat grinder: how to cook
For traditional meat cutlets, it is best to choose minced meat prepared by yourself, because this way you can be sure of the quality of all its components. But if you don't have the necessary device or time to grind whole pieces of pork or chicken, you can use fish. Its meat is very easy to separate from the skin and chop with a knife.

Ingredients:
- 900 g of hake carcass
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp of breadcrumbs (+for rolling)
- spices for fish
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the backbone from the carcass and use a knife to peel off the meat.
2. Grate the onion and add it to the minced meat.
3. Add the egg, spices, breadcrumbs, and salt.
4. Mix well and form patties with your hands.
5. Roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs.
6. Fry in a preheated frying pan, over low heat, covered.
7. For 6-7 minutes on each side.
