  • Fillet of carp, or any other fish - 500 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 g
  • Bread - 300 g
  • Milk/water - 300 ml
  • Processed cheese - 1 pc.
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 pack
  • Butter - 50 g

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the fish, cut it into pieces, and beat with a blender.

2. Chop the onion, grate the carrot, and fry until the onion is golden brown.

3. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Add the egg and grated cheese.

4. Add the roast and mix well.

5. Soak the loaf in milk or water, then add to the minced meat.

6. Form patties, roll them in breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides.
