Fish cutlets that do not burn or fall apart: a simple recipe
Fish cutlets are a delicious and healthy dish that can be eaten even by those on a diet. To make thm juicy and so that they keep their shape, add onions and spices to the base.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for delicious hake cutlets, which are made without flour, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- hake - 900 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- egg - 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.
- spices for fish
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the bones from the fish and pass it through a meat grinder.
2. Grate the onion and add to the fish.
3. Add the egg, spices, breadcrumbs and salt, mix well and form cutlets with your hands.
4. Roll them in the breadcrumbs.
5. Heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry the cutlets until golden brown, 6-7 minutes on each side.
