Cutlets are a very satisfying and tasty dish that is very easy to prepare, and most importantly, if you don't like meat, you can easily replace it with fish, which will make the meal even lighter and more flavorful.

Pastry chef and MasterChef judge Liza Hlinska shared a recipe for delicious, juicy fish cutlets without onions on her YouTube channel. (To watch the video, scroll to the end of the page)

Ingredients:

  • white fish - 150 g
  • red fish - 150 g
  • flour - 10 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil - 1-3 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, chop the fish, and cut it into very small cubes.
  2. Combine the two minced meats in a bowl, add the egg, salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan, spoon the cutlets, and fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the dish with a fresh vegetable salad, grilled vegetables, sour cream, pickles, or just greens.
