Pears are very healthy autumn fruits that can be an ideal base for desserts and drinks. They make delicious and healthy candied fruit, marmalade, and pie fillings. They can also be simply baked with cottage cheese and nuts.

Chef Maria Mykhalchenko shared a recipe for a delicious, flavorful pear pie for tea on her YouTube channel.

How to make a delicious pie

Ingredients:

  • hard pear - 3-5 pcs.
Ripe and firm pears
  • flour - 300 g
  • sugar - 200 g
  • baking powder - 1 sachet
Flour and eggs
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • butter - 50 g
Butter and eggs
  • milk - 175 g
Fatty milk
  • Sugar for sprinkling - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the pears and cut them into thin slices.

2. Dough: beat the egg with sugar, add milk, melted butter, add flour and baking powder and mix well.

3. Put the dough into a baking dish covered with parchment, put the chopped pears on top of the dough, and sprinkle with sugar.

4. Bake the cake for 40-50 minutes at 180 C. Check the readiness of the cake with a skewer.
