Filo baklava: how to make a delicious dessert in minutes

Ingredients
- Filo dough - 400 gr
- Cream cheese - 200 gr
- Powdered sugar - 70 gr
- Ghee or melted butter - 100 g
- Honey
- Pistachios
Method of preparation
1. Cut the filo dough into equal squares.
2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a blender.
3. Spread the cream on the dough and fold into a triangle.
4. Grease a baking dish with oil, put the triangles in it, and pour the oil very generously over the triangles so that no dry parts remain.
5. Put in the oven at 190 degrees in convection mode for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
6. Drizzle the finished pastry with plenty of honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
